What to Expect?

After filling out a basic waiver, our team will guide you to your individual Infrared Sauna (unless utilizing with a group of up to 3).
Before commencing your session, dress down to loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, like shorts and a tank top to allow for proper sweating and heat penetration.
Once inside the sauna, you will remain for a duration of 30-45 minutes, hydrating with ample water before, during, and after your session is recommended
Expect a significant amount of sweating during your time in the sauna – this is a positive outcome, as sweating aids in the detoxification process. You may also experience a slight salt taste on your lips.

You can wear whatever you would like. The salt will not harm your clothes in anyway. Something light and comfortable is recommended. We recommend guests go barefoot inside the sauna.

Yes, the goal is to relax and enjoy your time in the IR halotherapy sauna. You may utilize electronic devices to provide music and other entertainment while inside the sauna.
If you chose to rest, work or exercise, you may do so as well.

The most important thing is hydration! Drink plenty of water before your session, as sweating helps release toxins, and you’ll want to stay well-hydrated to support your body’s natural detox process. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals beforehand—you want to feel light and relaxed, not sluggish or dehydrated.

We provide towels and wraps to wear into the Sauna as well as everything else you need, but bringing a water bottle is always a great idea to stay hydrated

Of course! You’re always in control of your session. If at any point you need to step out, you can cool down and re-enter when ready, or end your session early if needed.
