What to Expect?

Unsure about an IR halotherapy experience? Her’s what you can expect….

After filling out a basic waiver, our team will guide you to your individual Infrared Sauna (unless utilizing with a group of up to 3).

Before commencing your session, dress down to loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, like shorts and a tank top to allow for proper sweating and heat penetration.

Once inside the sauna, you will remain for a duration of 30-45 minutes, hydrating with ample water before, during, and after your session is recommended

Expect a significant amount of sweating during your time in the sauna – this is a positive outcome, as sweating aids in the detoxification process. You may also experience a slight salt taste on your lips.
