We do not accept health insurance—and here's why.
At RejuviClear Spa & Wellness, we believe healthcare decisions should be made between you and your provider, not dictated by insurance restrictions. Without these restrictions, we are able to focus on personalized, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.
Payment for services is due at the time of your visit. For added flexibility, financing is available through PatientFi and Cherry with no hard credit checks, no prepayment penalties, and rates as low as 0% for qualified applicants. Simply apply by clicking the “Pay Later" tab option on our website before your appointment.
We also accept cash and all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments, including complimentary consultations.

Scheduling Appointments
RejuviClear Spa & Wellness operates by appointment only. Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online through our website.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day reschedule requests, will be subject to a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
Repeated Missed Appointments
Three or more late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments may result in additional fees, a required deposit for future appointments, or dismissal from the practice.
Clients with a history of missed appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service to reserve future appointments.
Late Arrivals
To ensure every client receives the full attention and treatment time they deserve, clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee adjustments can be made without affecting other scheduled appointments.
If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the $50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply.

Please complete all required intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. Incomplete paperwork at check-in may reduce the time available for your treatment or consultation.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file for all appointments, including complimentary consultations.

For safety reasons, guests and children are not permitted in treatment rooms during laser procedures.

We offer a variety of injectable treatments, including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Radiesse, and other advanced rejuvenation treatments. During your consultation, we'll recommend the best option based on your goals and anatomy.
